2. Inquiry data

When you send us an inquiry, we process your name, contact details, inquiry content and attached files to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quotation and, where necessary, prepare for a contractual relationship.

The legal basis for processing is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to other communications.

We retain inquiry data for up to 24 months from the last communication relating to the inquiry, unless a concluded contract or the law requires longer retention.

3. Cookies and Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to understand website traffic and improve the user experience.

Analytics is activated only with your consent. Inquiry form content and attached files are not sent to Google Analytics. The processing of analytics data may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area in accordance with Google's applicable data protection terms.

You can change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer. We do not use advertising cookies.

4. Data sharing and security

We use service providers necessary for the operation of the website, email and analytics. Personal data is shared with them only to the extent necessary to provide the service.

5. Advertising and marketing

We use Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to promote our services. If we use tracking technologies on the website to measure advertising performance or show targeted advertisements to visitors, we use them only with your prior consent.

Contact details received through the inquiry form are not shared with Google or Meta for advertising targeting without an appropriate legal basis.

You have the right to request information about your personal data, ask for its correction or deletion and, in cases provided for by law, restrict or object to its processing.
